Graduate of Babeş-Bolyai University, the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Doiniţa has previous working experience in sales and marketing in the online and print advertising industry. Doiniţa believes that every change for the better has to start with ourselves, she believes in commitment and in taking an active role in the community.
Adi Crișan joined the non-profit sector when he was 15 and; one year later, he coordinated HR and financial departments, as well as debate clubs. At 17 he became the youngest collaborator of VICE Romania. He studies Communication and Public Relations at the Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences, Babeș-Bolyai University. He ranked 3rd at Closer2Oxford tournament and became a trainer of Ion Rațiu Debate Club in 2017, following his one year volunteer work for the Ratiu Democracy Centre.
is a BA graduate in Social Work at Babeş-Bolyai University (Faculty of Sociology and Social Work, Cluj-Napoca). She was a volunteer at Raţiu Democracy Center between 2005 and 2007, then became a team member, coordinating a series of projects.
In 2013, Oana represented CRD during the Building Grassroots Democracy in Minority Communities exchange program funded by the U.S. State Department, Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs. She believes that, during the past 13 years of promoting democracy as a way of life, she grew up and formed nicely, through a learning and self-knowing process.
